On March 8th and 9th, 2008 Region III will once again host the Northwest Spirit of Vaulting Conference. This is a wonderful educational and informational opportunity primarily for competitive vaulters but also for parents, instructors and coaches, even those working with recreational and therapeutic vaulters. The conference will also be a event where anyone interested in starting a vaulting club can find our more about the sport, ask questions and connect with regional and national leaders that can help. The conference will be held at the Black Hawk Natural Horsemanship Center in North Plains, Oregon.
Riding or therapeutic instructors are invited to participate in the Hawthorne’s workshops and others. Learn how to add vaulting to your programs in these hands on sessions. Coaches, parents and assistants: learn from some of the best clinicians in the nation. Read each workshop description carefully to see which ones fit your need the best.
